Dumyat time trial run from the car park on the Sheriff Muir road.

Splits:

Ascent - 18:12 (20:14 last Feb)
Descent - 11:37 (13:01 last Feb)

Pleased with this time and felt comfortable going up with something left in the legs for the descent.
