Warm up run over the Castle then round the park with everyone

Orienteering training with graham, chris and Ali. Gaffled intervals on the golf course (nice running) and the wood slope round the park (sliding on my arse). Aim was compass and direction out of the control. A mix of good and bad nav. Packed it in with 52 controls.
