Waking up controls in the trossachs. Have got to know the area well in the last few weeks so I did some map memory style training while going round. Went really well and was nice running out there completely on your own. Will definitely use this as training area in the future

Trossachs weekend middle race. Didn't have much today. Legs felt fine but chest was very tight throughout. Is it just running hard again? Or recovering from mild infection? No idea. It blew th cobwebs away anyway
