Easy shake out run. Had to turn around and change route because of some crazy dog

Planned a route on Dumyat that had a mile of climbing but without going up/down the same bit straight after. Started at Logie Church carpark, up the powerline and on the hill race route to the top. Off the north side and all the way round to the south carpark, straight up the Dumyat dash route with ropes and up the main gully. Then off the east side to the menstrie gate, left round to the north side and back up. Then off the south side down the main gully all the way to the road. Then along the road (boring) to Menstrie then all the way up the Ochils 2000s last climb to the top. Finished off with a nice long descent back to the car. Great run out and good hilly session. Felt strong most of the way with a few slow sections.
