Polmaise, Quarry, up the crags to Lewis Hill, round the North Thirds, back up Lewis Hill, back loop past Wild Boar, down the crags, Quarry and Polmaise. Good run out, didn't feel that strong but enjoyed being out.

7*820m generally uphill loop. Good fast session. It hurt.
