Have been down near Bristol with work so not much time to run. Tiring weekend with meetings etc so best not to over do it.

FVO Night league race 1 - Stirling Uni - 2nd. Good turn out with 40 people over the two course. Carnage at the start with short fast butterfly's on the golf course. Gapped everyone by the end of the loops with Jamie 15 secs back. He caught me and we ran head to head till the long leg where he got away, he went left, I went right and gapped me by about 1 min till the end. It's always a bonus to finish a night race with nae broken bones.
