SOL event in Grantown. Amazing forest, this is why I orienteer. Would of liked the course to be double the distance. It would be nice for SOL in forest like this to offer a classic course.

Second long run. Felt good but keeping it easy. Very windy and all the paths are icy so going has been slow today/yesterday.

Up in Aviemore for the weekend with K. Drove up after work. Nice easy run round Rothiemurchus. Fell in some deep snow at one point and shredded my shin and hyperextended my knee a little (didnt find that out until the next day). No pain so alls good

Climbing with Graham, seem to be slowly stepping up the grades. A few 6a done and was a couple of moves from doing 6b. Enjoying doing something completely different. Wish there was a bigger climbing facility in Stirling
