Hilly long run. Did the Run of the Mill race route with Graham getting blasted by some high winds on top of Ben Cleuch. Graham then headed home on the bike while I finished off my long run. The plan was to go out and do another loop but with weather being grim up on the tops, I just headed up the track to Ben Buck Burn then turned ran back down, then did a loop into Alva Glen. Good solid run with some fueling but didn't get as much climb as I'd intended. Still feeling good at what is a very easy sustained pace.
