Ben Sheann Hill Race. My weekly workout done. A lung buster from the start. The aim was to go all out to the top to get an effort in. Was in 3rd for most of the climb then two guys came past about 2 mins from the top. Managed to stick behind 4th place, soon went past him off the top. Saw 3rd place about 50 metres ahead and worked my way up to him over the top section. Went past him just before the crazy descent. Kept it steady all the way down without being stupid. Managed to hold on to 3rd which I'm pleased with. Not really the kind of race my training is for but good to do a classic style hill race again.
