Running 3:45:00 [3] 21.5 km (10:28 / km) +1750m 7:26 / km

Leg 2 with Duncan. Windy conditions felt like harder work and probably made me rush the pace a little. Need to remember to relax. Even with the wind, we ran comfortably to the schedule taking some time off it. Again feeling strongest on the climbs.

Walk into Broad Stand with Duncan and Graham Watson to recce broad stand. The climb was generally fine but being vertically challenged, the main move was a little tricky. Pleased to have Graham on rope duty on the day and fingers crossed the rock is dry

Ran from Scafell down into Wasdale and ran most of leg 4 with Duncan. Running to the schedule with a few pauses. Feeling strong on the climbs

Leg 1 with Dan. Great recce. Jenkin Hill was like an oven. Good lines, eat well and pace was good.
