went from sumner up whitewashhead track over to taylors out onto beach along track out to boulderbay turned round at first bay (not boulder) back across beach up rd then down flowers track then home

rode to jesssamys house ran frm ther to rapaki up it along traks along top then down vic park dwn bowenvale then back to jessamys then rode home got a reali freaken saw knee anyone got ne exersices or somethin? (as soon as i start running dh it started)
