same as day b4 except wen at taylors i went along godley head track up anaconda then down back on to G.H track took it to boulder bay then returned on way back up anaconda track again!!! ha then down and finnished on beach at taylors

Walk warm up/down (Taylors to sumner) 39:00 [3] 3.0 km (13:00 / km) +100m 11:09 / km

Hilly walk warming down from run went up taylors track down flowers track then back to home guess climb around 3k distance

Up Capt. Thomas down other side over into taylors mistake up rd to nicallos park down flowers track back to car not sure bout Distance around 9km

It was real annoyin a felt real sluggish nd slow the hole time lol or it mite just b me =( it was rainin so i was pretty proud of just gettin out there !!!!!

huarahi paihikara intervals (Homemade criterum) 40:46 [3] 20.31 km (2:00 / km)

i went to a subdivision near my house it had that nice smooth tarmac the circut i did was 2.3k long nd sprint every lap then after doin it about 4-5 times i did some cadence/warmdown for ten mins in my easiest gear (lots of fun) but puts av speed down :(
