amazing tracks up godley !! so technical nd rocky. learnt that lunging is important skill. also bunny hop.......speaking of bunny ;)

went 4 just over hour SURF this morn b4 school. it was amazing nd i was happy al day :) got jacko up surfin his first time :D only bad part was 4gettting lunch :( it was a beutiful BLT i had made night b4 that was so tempting to eat at the time:)

went from mt vernon carparkish then round to bottom of rapaki rd. then ran with m8 4 a bit then decided il try a pb..... got 24mins. then went back down to m8 who was mid way through steep part then ran to top nd as m8s do tempo rose nd rose into a sprint to the top gate :) i won... then started goin down valley track but he found it to hard so jus ran back onto rapaki nd dpwn. saw cam on way goin up :) then 2 mins away from car we went into sprint again!! then hit new world 4 a wel deserved lemon lime nd bitters :-P

went 4 surf early this morn :P went to sumner. then on way home i was luky eough 2 catch mcd's breakfast menu!! :)

went downhilling turned onto dh track did one corner then stepdown :P rode off track cosa speed, then i was in a bush.......... so much fun :) we dropped car at top so we dh down to top of bowenvale track then pushed bikes up then did section of track then pushed 2 top nd so i dhed al way down by myself. had gr8 run! smelt like adog after it ! man its a workout! calves wer dead afta last run cos i had no stops nd raced the car..... :)
