With Tony. Started late - 8:15 am - as quite cold, but had to contend with more traffic on the roads. Home, Leederville, Lake Monger, Churchlands, City Beach, Claremont, Nedlands, W Perth, home.

Hme to Glengarry via Freeway path and return - very patchy quality and not the fastest surface. Got a bit lost when turned off too early (poor path signage), but a helpful local got me back on track.

To doctor's in S Perth - on old bike as new one had a flat.

Short run around Hyde Park to test foot recovery without taping - not successful, quite a bit of pain and had to walk 50%.

Short run in KP after treatment from Duncan (cortisone patch) - no pain, which is good
