tried running but pain started after about 20 metres, so walked 95% of time. Still managed to do some damage as more sore afterwards and feel like I'm back to square 1. 14km Run for a Reason in 3 weeks time - and I'm not looking like a starter!

Walked 98% of time as glute hurt whenever I tried to run - Kelly says it's piriformis and someone needs to put an elbow in my bottom!!

lost 5 mins at no. 8 (went to 10 by mistake, didn't check code and couldn't work out why unable to find 9!) and 1 min at 18 (sloppy map reading). 6 mins is a lot to lose in a sprint, hence soundly beaten by slower runners.

Freo loop, French toast at Kava (very nice), had a fall near Harbour Town (had to stop suddenly and not enough time for message to travel from brain to foot so still clipped in whne came to a halt!)
