'Rest Day' after 3 days of teh Tyrol 6 day so decided to do an alpine walk - Le Torri Del Vajolet (the towers of Vajolet)

Offical distance 3.5k, 145 climb. Terrrain much easier but still managed to stuff up most legs, making silly mistakes.

Official distance 3km, 140 climb. Did better today despite nightmare leg from 12 to 13 - 45m climb in 75m (=60%), some on hands and knees.

Official distance = 3.8, 180 climb. A baptism of fire - steep, complex terrain, with jumble of rock and contours. Thought a lot about dnf-ing but eventually finished.

'Warm up' for Tyrol 6 Day . Easy-ish walk at Karesee, Southern Tyrol - started from top of chairlift, fine, cool day, fab views (of course!).
