Long course, supposed to be 3.8km but I wanted value for money - mucked up 1st control, taking over 5 mins and things didn't improve much after that. Lost time being confused around no. 9, looked for no. 11 at wrong small bldg, turned left instead of right out of 13, was on wrong side of fence for no. 16 and ran past 19 - plus many minor erors. Oscar did it in 17:30. I should have done the age appropriate short course!

1st time I've run the roller coaster route in months and hammy/ energy levels felt good - could have had something to do with running in cool-ish morning
