trial run on ankle number 2:
ran for just over 15 minutes at a very very steady pace, ankle was abit sore to start with but was ok by the end

im still abit scared of running on it properly so pace was very slow, but its good that i can run on it

too much hmk to do any other training, pushing it abit by typing this up!

ankle was ok but i was knakered from last night so didnt go as hard , just did a mix of frontcrawl and breastroke, did a few lengths of backstroke at the end

ankle didnt hurt doing fast frontcrawl

can swim wilsst breathing every three strokes now , no problem

tried a couple of tumble turns at the end

did 2x f , 2xbk, 2xbr

10xf, 2xbr,2xpull, 4xf all x4

then swam and did some pull on front and back for last 10mins :)

10min jog on ankle to trial running, just a of lap around viallge.

held out fine , felt it in the last few minutes but it wasnt pain, just stiffness really
will try 15 miuted tmorro

ran up stairs during this session, didnt feel ankle too much

bright red wen i finshed this and out of breath

my plank is improving

ankle still sore

went on bike ride but i started rainibg really heavily then the chain came off and i spent ages gettin colder n colder tryin to get it back on so assumed it was a sign from the powers that be that i shoudl give up and go home

2x10minute cycles
