Note
slept:8.5

Spent 5 hours today walking around part of JK area looking in detail at map and potential control sites. Although none of it was at running pace, it can probably count as good technical and strength training as terrain was difficult to run through.
Feet got very cold and I was grumpy!

Test run JK2009 course - tried to go at race pace, but hadn't warmed up properly and it was bloody cold!

Running long 42:55 [3]
slept:7.5 shoes: Asics Road Running Shoes

Lunchtime run around York racecourse from Railway Institute. Steady paced and a bit shorter than I had originally planned as I wasn't feeling so great when I set off. At least I went out and felt much better afterwards!

Road ride with HRC Wednesday Warriors - well actually just me, Pooley and a guy called Mark. Lovely spin, a few short efforts and conditions not too bad.

Core Stability 50:27 [1]

Standard core session. May have to increase reps next week, or change exercises slightly...

Running (Drills) 34:05 [2]
shoes: Asics Road Running Shoes

Full drills session - 5mins W/U, 25mins drills in car opark, then 5mins W/D. It was very cold so I wasn't messing around. Didn't feel too tired, even if it was first training session of new cycle after hard week last week
