Still tired from weekend and my throat started hurting around lunchtime which made me feel pretty grumpy. Got worse through the afternoon so by the time I got home I had very little motivation. I cancelled my 30min easy run and just did core stability (34mins) followed by some pilates from Pooley's book.

Extra rest day to recover from hardest week's training so far, plus Pooley needed rescuing from his adventure, so didn't have any time to train anyway!
