Note

lack of training thurs and fri - working all night thurs, breakfast meeting on fri so couldn't run in the morning, ball friday night.

5 sets of 3mins on, 1 min off. evil. got home, put pizza in oven, crossed brother off christmas card list.

Easy run warm up/down 20:00 [2] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)

and warming up and down for 10 mins each

Easy run 40:00 [3] 7.0 km (5:43 / km)

easy run for 40 mins or so up to bridge number 2 on canal, felt easy enough although still stiff from sunday's explorations.

Orienteering race 2:03:00 [4] 13.0 km (9:28 / km)

orienteering at sutton park, still slightly hungover from friday, 10km course, got lost a lot so probably ran 13km or so if wandering around taken into account, suitably tired after.
