Running, couldn't really decide whether I was supposed to be going fast or slow. Still feeling a bit stiff from intervals on thurs but ok.

Super-busy week at work but just about managed to make room for intervals which is good.

4 sets of 4 mins on, 1 min off. felt ok - not great, but ok.

what I am told is a "threshold run". three days off clearly has done me wonders - felt really good and did the route way faster than I've ever done before.

beats sleeping in a slate mine anyway! (edit: or getting turned away from one!)
