Biceps: started on 4.5 each side, felt left bicep almost snap so went down to 3.5
Lunges: 2.5 each side
Shoulders: 3.5 each side, 2.5 plates
Abs: 5kg plate on chest
Not feeling too strong. Think body still recovering from Thurs BodyPump and some labouring yesterday!
Yoga 1:30:00 [3]
My first ever yoga session. Shivas Nandas or something like that. Some of it was a bit weird but I think there were some useful stretches in there. Confirmed that I'm not particularly bendy!

Calf (plantaris) still sore. Definitely not up for duathlon today, need to get it back to normal before doing any more stupid stuff. Seeing physio tomorrow...
