legs feeling the best they have in a long time.

Usual 5 mile loop with a rep of HH road thrown in to remind my legs what steep was (haven't told them we've got hill reps next week yet).

Got swept along with some lanky lads for the second mile but I think I annoyed them with 2 steps to their one and the fact that I was faster.
