Went to see Kim about my numb feet and tight calves.
Nothing serious but want to look after the Achilles
Soleus' super weak so running in Sheffield is burning them out what with all the hills. Bit of massage and some exercises to crack on with. No need to go over 35miles a week and keep climb low ish.

After hideous sleep dragged myself out to try and put myself bck in my normal time zone. Windy and dark but my amazing headtorch from santa helped lots. No such thing as a night run now with the sun strapped to my forehead!
