Lovely conversational run with Fern, who kept me honest, because even though legs were ok I am pretty exhausted. The reality of 3 talks to write/present, a workshop to organise and a session to chair is looming fast - but worse than that, I am going to have to figure out wearing nice dresses and heeled shoes and makeup (shudder) 4 days in a row next week. At least my hair doesn't need anything done to it each morning...then again, not sure if it's worth bothering with dressing nicely since I will clearly be mutton dressed up as lamb; the bricklayer working next door yesterday thought Geoff was my son!
