Lovely evening for a lap and a half of the park, admiring the wildlife and wildflowers and dodging the MTBers who hooned past me on singletrack. Wasn't sure which I'd run out of first, energy or daylight, but it turned out pretty even. Knees were fairly unhappy by the end but I told them they'll have 6 days of rest and relaxation in which to recover...
