running (Shepherds Hill) 50:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Nimbus 21

Legs a bit dead after all day on my feet in the dispensary, so there were lots of stretching stops, but the ground did seem a tiny bit softer than usual as it had apparently rained (properly?) for the first time in about 6 weeks while I was incarcerated indoors today.

swimming 35:00 [3] 1.0 km (35:00 / km)

Nice morning for a swim even if I was a bit crosseyed due to doing rogaine map stuff until after 1am.

Note

Now finally up to 100 teams for the ARC - but we need 130 in order to break even financially...and entries close in 3 days' time.
6 PM

running (Belair night) 52:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Nimbus 22

Redwoods return with Zara & Fern on a warmish smoky night - even though there don't appear to have been any nearby burnoffs today.

running intervals (North Adelaide) 20:00 [3] 4.3 km (4:39 / km)
shoes: Asics Kayano 27

5 x 4 min tempo, 1 min walk/jog recoveries (not counted) around the uni loop. The 4 min sections ended up a bit over 800m - and I probably didn't really need a 5th one.

running warm up/down (North Adelaide) 22:30 [3] 4.0 km (5:38 / km)
shoes: Asics Kayano 27

People took a while to turn up, and we eventually started at about 6:20...

running (Shepherds Hill) 33:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Kayano 27

Legs didn't hurt quite as much as they had done yesterday but I am still super-tired. It's going to be a long month until the ARC is over...nearly 90 teams now though, and weirdly many of the SA entrants are people of whom I've never heard.

running long (Belair) 1:36:00 [3] 14.0 km (6:51 / km)
shoes: Asics Nimbus 22

Struggled woodenly up Queen Jubilee Drive well behind Zara & Fern, still fairly hammered from massage yesterday, then we went out along the railway line to the big oak tree and up Station Rd to Upper Sturt, back along Long Gully.
