Note

Botanic Gardens Sprint. Wet early but dried up by the end. Turnout not all that bad weather considering...mostly affected numbers on the Easy course which are generally families.

Note

I am going to implement a 2 month short session plan until Christmas. No session will be longer than 35mins including w/up/down. This is such a short amount of time that I should never say that it is too hard to fit in or that I can't face doing it! I only have to do it three times a week. And now that I have written this that means I have to do it.
