walk 1:30:00 [1]

To town and back with stroller with Eleanor, walked 40 mins, she slept for 20, then we still had to walk for 30 to get home.

Running (parkrun) 36:39 [3]

Jogged with Juli, as body seems to only want gentle exercise. Whole body still feels tightish and inflexible since my back went sore before Easter. Not exactly sore anymore, but feels...tight?

walk 30:00 [1]

To/from Botanic Gardens, home via a mums' place near Westralia St to collect some bottles.

walk 1:20:00 [2]

Loop to and through the botanical gardens with Eleanor, where I met Floriane and Evolene at the orchid house. Then we walked on pretty well all the paths that were open...part of the bottle tree section was closed for asbestos removal, and the main drive too for some reason....and then home the other way. Both babies went to sleep at almost the same minute of walking...coincidence, or programming?

walk 20:00 [1]

Op shop walk with E to try to induce sleep...we got so close at Vinnies when I was looking at things on the tables out the front...but then, bing...so kept walking! Unfortunately the Tigger doorway swing had already gone, when we came back.

Running 20:00 [3]

Made it to Dripstone, where John is taking running, as Klaus is on an extended break. A few short butterfly laps of warm up on the grass, with free choice drills plus some faster running on the straight bit, then a few runs down/back on the sand, although mine were solo rather than with the group as E was being minded by Emily and was being fussy. Was a gorgeously peaceful sunset, like a calendar photo. Sun sank in the distance behind the water, with a huge expanse of sand in the foreground as the tide was massively out.

Feeling quite unfit but embracing it.

Cycling 20:00 [3]

To/from dentist. Not sure when I last rode my bike. Luckily Lach test rode it yesterday and reported chain stiffness and warned that small cogs not an option. Felt delicious riding though, so dry seasony, and free, leaving E behind at home.
