Control collection. Nice to do a little run. Then dropped the box off at Susi's so she could collect the rest at her leisure.

At East Point, Putting out control flags for the night event tonight. Finally the mozzies have gone away. Yay!

Running 30:00 [3]

Dripstone Cliffs session. 15 mins on grass at top, then down on to sand to do short loops in groups of similar speed. Love the sand loop sessions! Several laps continuous with the tail end person overtaking to run forward to sit at the front of the group. Then three laps with sprint finishes. I think I like it because It doesn't matter how fit you are when it comes to a twenty metre sprint. It is more about technique.

Swim at lunch, Parap. Eleanor has been using my goggles as a teething implement and they were in the car last Friday evening but not sure where now. Maybe they got left at the Liddles. Also have lost a bottle, maybe that's there too.
