Running with pram out to East Point for Australia Day Orienteering. Not super enjoyable. Very very sweaty, and Eleanor unimpressed by flies and quite grumpy. Had to walk and carry for last 5 mins. Once there, didn't think she would tolerate a course, so helped with coaching. Eventually Lach took her on Moderate after she'd cooled down a bit.

Good turn out, heaps of families.

Cullen Bay and Larrakeyah loop with visiting Jenny, plus into Parap at end before coming home, to get her back to hotel. Lovely cool morning after a ridiculously windy 6am thunderstorm front rushed through. Had a really really annoying cramp in my upper chest/shoulder that persisted for the whole run and killed the enjoyment unfortunately. Fine when wasn't running!

Had awesome pancake at RC markets after. Pawpaw, Passionfruit, Lime, Maple syrup. They call it 'The Darwin'.

(2x400@10k pace, then 1x300 faster) x 3.
30 sec standing recovs plus jog 100 after the 300s
Ran with Tori as she had a watch.
Speed around 5.15/km
