Ran to try and catch the team after giving the IM breifing; then found out the Flipper dinner started much earlier than I was expecting.

Run long 56:09 [4] 8.09 mi (6:56 / mi)

Started later than everyone else, started off feeling ok, then as I caught up with other O-teamers, I figured I would just keep up a tempo pace since I didnt want to look weird talking to myself. On the way back I caught up with Letarte who kept me on pace and prevented THS in the last two miles. Definately didnt run at a Tempo minus pace, but I felt great during and after the run.
