Wanted to break 4 hours, but that kinda went out the window when I messed up the first map a ton. After getting lost on point 1 I was racing to catch up, which caused my heart rate to get extremely high and my mind to make bad decisions, then I got tired. my dream of breaking 4 hours evaporated completely at point 20 when I bonked and spent 5 minutes on the top of a small hill trying to relocate and being unable to do so. Terrible race overall but I guess I need to pick it back up and run with it come US Champs.

Tough to keep up the intensity beyond 200m... shame on me for absolutely sucking at the 10 min swim.
