Orienteering race 1:24:00 [3] 10.0 km (8:24 / km)

Forgot to tape my laces before I started. I stopped to retie them atleast 4 times. I was a bit frustrated with myself for that, but I did use the time to read the map and think and get my heart rate back down. So I really can't pinpoint how much "error" I had because of that, but I did feel like I kept much better contact with the map this time.

Bobbled #2,6,12 and didn't feel very physically strong up the hills. Fun to get out in the woods after putting aside my orienteering for a few years
