Mum spent a while in some cave with some cavers but we were dogsitting and Molly seemed to enjoy it.

sit ups 50 in a minute improved :)
sit and reach 11cm same as last year
illonoy agility ok 18.8 shoes felt quite slippy
standing long jump 1.95m improved

11.6 wasn't too happy as got 12.4 last year.
It was too crowded and sunny.

Timed run started with Sarah Jones and went round with her :)
was very hard but improved on my time...
