Scottish relay champs. Oh man, I did it again but this time I missed the one before the spectators control! Everyone said I still did well as it wa a tough course but man- how frustrating!

Scottish champs- I did really well and then bang- ran straight past the last control. Damn it!!!

Sponsored walk/run day at school. I ran and a group of us got lost so we added on and extra 4 mile to an 8 mile run. They all came back though covered in mud and only 1 dislocated knee. It was so great to see kids running that far and as for the walkers it was funny to see them with all their make up, jeans and handbags getting through the mud.

Orienteering at Notre Dame School. 3 x 1km loops- I didn't record my time for the last one. It was good and my 2nd one was the best- only 5 secs behind Jenny. She beat me by about 3 minutes in the others :)
Jogged there and back.
