Awesome ride (in cracking weather) from home to Grasmere via Natland, Kendal, Rt 6 to Wind then from Ambleside to Skelwith and up and over Red Bank - tough first Lakeland proper climb: 1.14K at 9%. Descent was a bit hair-raising due to cars and water on my side of the road...

Lawn-cutting - fascinated to see how far and intense it was. Garmin says 'some benefit' :). Jogging the longer strips and mower was struggling on some of the longer and mossier grass.
