Ploddy run through town, river & over to Roswell then back via CH. Humid.

In spite of lateness to bed, got up & out for nice trot over to the EH using all the off-road I could. Felt okish and calves felt fine.

Didnt get back from 'Figaro' until 12.30am so not in bed until 1.20. Felt great during the day (opera effect!) but decided to have a resty - in fact my first day of non-running since Wed 14 Aug, coincidentally the day after 'Lamb of God' - another late night from a concert, but decidedly different to a Mozart opera!!

Managed to get out before the end of the day - O&B around fields behind school and even caught 3 Year 11s truanting to added result!

Woke early so got up to work. Felt tired and took it easy to protect th calves which felt tight again - in particular the right one.

Easy mile before hand followed by an even easier mile afters...

Fitness training intervals 32:00 [5]

XT interval session (not done in a long time!): 5 x 4 mins (2 mins rec). At Level 16 (except 2 when I optimistically tried L17) and found it real tough.
