One of those runs that's battering but uplifting... Out into pouring rain at 5.30 with just Amorphis for company. Two laps of the Loop.

Tempo intervals: 3 x 10 mins (2.5 mins rec) starting from Lisle Lane and back via the loop and into town & up Lynn Rd. Felt v good and running strong/in control. Pace decent - 3.35 for 1K at start of Rep 2 (Cam Drive K).
