Kenyan Hills on Ed Road - nearly a minute slower than 2 weeks ago: probably a combo of long run, heat (25c), Thurs/Fri feeling unwell plus shift (2am-5am) so only a few hours kip. Managed to get through it and maintained reasonable enough pace.
