A lovely soggy walk to the carpet place near Asda and back past Tesco. Felt okay and no pain in hammy.

For a change, took the train from Newmarket to Cambridge... brisk walk via Mill Rd into town and back via the Junction on the way back. Nice and able to move more smoothly today.

Set off feeling okay (North End O&B to Broads Rd) but hamstring tightened and then got really sore, which meant I had to walk a few times. Annoying and painful.

To the gym before Govs. Unfortunately left trainers at home, hence this rather than run. Did it in socks!

Put it on Level 17 and tried to maintain 65 rpm. Struggled and felt really tired - also not too easy in socks.
