A lovely winter's walk - village, Burwell Rd, byway to North End and then back the normal way. Used 'Map my Run' to get accurate readings from Burwell Rd too. Jogged it in a few parts.

Knackered after another busy week and home late from Brighton (11pm). Managed to get to Tesco and light a fire.

Another light sleep so out early for a decent trot around the hillier parts of east Brighton/Kemptown. Felt tired but relaxed.

Kept up late from noisy neighbours and then awake early in stuffy room (pah to hotels!). Out westwards to Hove and back along the seafront. Nice once out.

Hardly a rest day... awake v early (3am) then up to work, write & even play piano before in work and then long drive to Brighton for NAHT.

Another working day at home which meant I got to enjoy this gorgeous run around the usual loop - winter sun even more cracking and still frost lingering in the shade. Sublime.

10 mins before and 10 afters - only the first and last 2 mins of each were 'easy', the rest I made progressively more challenging and pushed the tempo/resistance.

Strength & Conditioning intervals 29:00 [5]

Around the stations in the gym - pushing hard and working all aspects of body; about a min on each station.
