Combined with yesterday's exhausting combo of music recording and gig in the evening, I woke shattered and after a lazy morning, decided to enjoy this brisk mooch which was perfect in the circs. Cold out and had snowed earlier.

Woke early ahead of long day recording and felt very tired so wisely kept it short. Bitterly cold out too with sleet.

Nice, pacy trot down and around the village - looking for absconding kids! Caught one (who nearly fainted when I spotted him) but enjoyed the stroll (at a good pace to keep warm).

Better night's sleep though still tired... Got out and down to the Uni Library then over to Downing and back via Jesus Gr and Arbury. Tired but decent run and drained by the end.

Usual circuit around the machines - working hard and ended with 5 mins on the stair machine which really worked the thighs well (Level 11 - 421 steps).
