Legs sore from yesterday so had a very quiet day at home... did manage an early evening walk to the post box (all of 400 metres round trip!).

City Race: just glad to be out there (and competing with Alice too :) ). Steady to 1 which was pretty tricky (up on first level); straightforward after that, although I did get the control description wrong to 7 and was below rather than on the Holborn Viaduct (lost over a min there!). Into the Barbican from 12 to the end and was pretty clean - even spotting the 'tunnel' route to 15. Ran steady to avoid damaging tendons and just about got away with it. Certainly couldn't have run any quicker.
