Met Karl from HHR and did most of the Kentmere Horseshoe following the race lines as much as possible (although we peaked a couple of the extra summits for the hell of it). Conditions horrendous - driving rain and wind, which meant we abandoned the final bit up and back to High Street. Cocoa was ace too... all in all, a great morning's effort.

Enjyed a good night's sleep in the hotel in Brum and then a long and busy day of meetings, with just a 10 min walk outside at lunch for fresh air. Drove home afters.
