Parked at Kirkstone Inn and walked straight up Red Screes, along to Middle Dodd and then down and back up the Kirkstone. Gorgeous day - clear skies and very cold.

Wonderful part jog/walk around the Heversham, Hincaster & Levens loop... beautiful crisp, cold winter's day. Felt okay... Cocoa managed to catch a male adult pheasant which may have got winged by shooters in the next field.

Awake v early - in fact had to have power snooze at Cowley Services. Parked at Trump P&R and brisk marched to Adds along the GBW. Back afters.

Exercise tolerance test at Adds... on spin bike. Good feedback and progress being made. The only issue was the comment that I need to avoid 'high intensity' for longer than I thought and told to keep HR to 135 max. Oh dear!
