First interval session since before the heart attack (early Oct): warmed up properly including stretching esp for hamstring... 2 x the Heversham Head loop (1500m each) with 3 mins walk/jog in between, starting from the Tristams gate and ending back there on the playing field side. Pretty even splits (maybe 3 seconds difference) and HR looked quite balanced too. Very pleasing with both ascending and descent... great session and loop to use for the months ahead.
