27mins of longer continuous rolling hill reps - about 1:50 up & a fast run back down as well. Feeling really good for my rest day & enjoyed pushing on a bit.
Saw lots of fireworks up there too so feel better about missing the Roundhay bonfire for this - I’ve committed to these sessions so I will be there.
