I will try to put the oringen stuff on here in the next few days if I can be bothered - but basically FANTASTIC news is that my injury is completely gone!!!! I have no idea how but it hurt on the day I travelled out to sweden & then the 1st day of competition it had gone. So a bit randomly bizare but I am so so so happy!!
Did a short flat run today cos I've got a bit of a sore throat & I need to rest up for switzerland cos it is a lot to do after so long out of training.
Am feeling very jolly :D
